1. For passes & packages

To confirm your registration, a deposit of 35% of the total amount of the selected package is required.

This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the participant.

In the event of cancellation by the participant, a cancellation fee of €75 will be charged.

If canceled before October 1, the amount paid will be refunded, minus:

• the full deposit

• €75 cancellation fee

After October 1, no refunds will be issued, without exception.

2. For individual lessons, goodie bags & tourist activities

The full amount must be paid to confirm your registration.

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

If the event is canceled by the organization, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

KONODON reserves the right to make changes to the program or the artistic team without prior notice.
